Work History
I have been fortunate throughout my career in art and design to have expanded the scope of my creative abilities to include a unusually large breadth of work. This has included many design disciplines such as art direction, graphics, marketing and the conceptualization and development of environments. I love the creative process that in turn yields both the vision of the customer and their return on their investment. It is my intention to unite with a company that can utilize my passion for creating compelling and functional design that facilitates our mutual growth and success.

DESIGNER / JULY 2007-NOVEMBER 2008 / VISION INTERNATIONAL

Managed produced and designed all advertising, marketing, printed pieces, packaging, trade show, retail displays, and web imagery for Redland Music and Pet Soup. (Subsidiaries of Vision Int.)
Produced and designed press ready oversized special event imagery for a national clientele (NFL, Little League Baseball, NBA, and NCAA teams). Stadium wraps, banner programs, field walls and flags were typical of the applications utilized.

DESIGNER-ART DIRECTOR – OWNER /2005-2008/ CHAMBERLAIN CREATIVE
Managed and produced a full compliment of design, illustration, marketing and graphic services. Met one on one with clients to ascertain design needs, problem solve and create solutions.

DESIGNER / 2000-2005 / MINDS I ( FORMERLY EXHIBIT CENTER )

Oversight and management of Art Department. Managed team of artists and designers, dispersed assignments and ensured completion of projects within rigid deadlines. Developed and implemented job costing and fee schedules to transform art department to a profit center. Design and production concept art of 3-D spaces, (i.e. exhibits, museums, kiosks, restaurants, office and retail environments) for the sales department and eventual fabrication. Designs included all relevant dimensions, material call-outs, and specifications with fabrication recommendations. Developed marketing and advertising concepts with associated 2-D and camera-ready graphics. Wrote and produced multimedia video with story boarding and on-site direction. Provided post-production creatives & interfacing with director and edit team.Designed retail merchandising units for Voicestream / T Mobile grossing over 12 million dollars in sales.

SENIOR CONCEPT ARTIST- DESIGNER / 1998-2000 / SINGLE TRAC-GT INTERACTIVE- EAI
Key contributor to the game design teams, providing visuals depicting all areas relating to game play, weapons, environments, vehicles, graphics and character development. Provided story boarding for opening CGI movies and multi-viewed depictions of key objects and characters for modelers during production. Assisting 3-D rendering process through creating an array of texture art and art direction. Key contributions included strategy and game play through evaluation and analysis of then current market genre. Created look and feel of (GUI) interfaces and rendered texture art and illustration of digital environments for EA Bass Fishing game. Animation clean-up for Scooby Doo Game.

DESIGNER / 1995-1998 / ASSOCIATED FOOD STORES
Provided design, conceptualization and rendering of retail food environments for a national co-op of over 400 stores. Interfaced with architects and store owners while analyzing blueprints and marketing considerations to design and develop attractive interior solutions. Designed and developed corporate identities, logos, packaging and other in-house ancillary printed materials.

DESIGNER / 1990-1995 / MODERN DISPLAY
Conceptualized, designed and rendered multiple environments including retail chains, exhibits, stage and special events. Design and implementation of retail fixturing solutions, retail merchandising units, mall kiosks, and store fronts. Additional design projects included corporate and city parade floats and themed seasonal / holiday decor for retail developers nationwide.

DESIGNER - CONCEPT ARTIST / 1986-1990 / GEN. DISPLAY - SMART DESIGN - DESIGN CNTR.
Responsibilities included: Art direction, sign design, ad layout, production and development of concept and design intent drawings, illustrations, murals and renderings. Design work included fabrication drawings with associated documentation for 2-D and 3-D applications. End products included print advertising, brochures, corporate ID, environmental graphics, interior and exterior signage. Also managed art department while at general display, providing job costing and production evaluations.
